Anthony Trang has got to be one of the unluckiest thieves out there. Anthony ripped off an entire stereo from a Chevy Trailblazer. The problem is the stuff he ripped off was pretty rare, and the shop he brought it to be installed at happens to employ the boyfriend of the victim.
Dumbass comes in the day after the theft and asks them to hook up some wires to a dvd player. The boyfriend told the guy to bring the unit in and instantly recognized it as the Clarion NX501 that was stolen. The deck was one of only two sold in the entire region.
The boyfriend called the police as he told the guy to wait and in 5 minutes they came to arrest him. The found the rest of the stolen system and some tools stolen from a truck in a previous theft.
I guess the moral of th story is if your going to steal audio systems learn how to install them.
