In South Carolina Virginia Tice was given a ticket and will face a jury trial for displaying a set of “Truck Nutz” on her truck. For those of you who don’t live in an redneck area and don’t know what “Truck NutZ” are I will give you a brief history.
The basic idea is that “My Trucks got balls” or power. The best way to show that is to apparently hang a set of giant testicles from your rear bumper. I am not a fan of these, since I don’t think you could hang a giant dildo, boobs or vagina from your bumper so why are balls ok?
These things are “illegal” in Florida and carry a $60 fine. In SC there is a law on the books that bans obscene bumper stickers and that is the law they are using against Virgina Tice. There is a $455 fine and now a jury will decide if it was legit. I say guilty!
