A new residential development is slated to be built on the Dunsfold Aerodrome. You say whatever who cares where they build homes, I do…..the Dunsfold Aerodrome is also the home of the Top Gear Test Track. Real estate development firm Rutland Group is planning a 2,600-home eco-village on the property with a loan secured from the Royal Bank of Scotland. The locals in the area don’t want it, not to save Top Gear but who cares why they hate it. To make things more fun the Royal Bank Of Scotland was recently nationalized by the British Goverment which also owns BBC (which produces Top Gear).
I don’t think a home developer really wants to mess with the Stig. Give up now and build your homes somewhere else.
