The Scion tuner challenge at SEMA is no stranger to the Jade Crew. In 2006 we built our own Scion xA to compete in this battle of teams and tuners from around the country. Since then, every year has shown more tuners and shops pulling out all the stops to make their Scion’s better and more creative then years past. In 2008 the cars customized in the Scion challenge were scion tC’s and they really pushed the bar of customization. The Scion tC’s competing set new trends and reemphasized old school methods and really brought a great show to the Scion booth. Also in Scion’s booth was the new body style xB, that was customized from basic tuning mods, to truck style, to all-out customized vehicle complete with I.C.E. and open room to show it all off. Check out the gallery and you’ll see how Scion tuners have stepped up the game in customizing this popular cherished series of vehicles.
