Mustang ’10 Drifting Advertising Angle

It looks that Ford is trying to target the “youth market” and Drifting Scene in a series of ads. I first noticed the ads on Yahoo with a banner about “Mustang Japan Drift”. Since Ford sponsors Von Gittin Jr, the ads are a series of videos showing him going through Japan in a ’10 Mustang and even features the Drift King. I have to say this makes me excited to see a US manufacturer really getting behind drifting and speaking to the youth market. The site is well done and the videos are awesome. I have to say I like that Japan Drift T-Shirt. This is really making me consider going domestic for a future project.
