After my short lived stint with my 911 my latest project is this 2003 Infinti M45. These cars are very popular in Japan and are designated either Cedirc or Gloria. The 2003 Infiniti M45 was not very popular in the US and was only sold for 2 model years. I picked this one up with the intention to built in VIP style and for a VIP build you need to get two main things right, the rims and the drop. I have already taken car of the first part by filling the wheel wells of the Infinti M45 with a set of JDM 20″ Lexion 401’s wrapped in Toyo Rubber.
Thanks to our friends at Air Runner we just installed a full Air Runner Y34 Air Suspension. The outside has been “cleaned up” by removing the side lights from the front and rear bumpers and color matching the rear lip and side skirts. The recently installed JDM Y34 window visors help set the 2003 Infiniti M45 just right but I still have plans to add a body kit in the near future to help finish off the outside.

I had the espiler springs on the car before I bagged it. I did a guide on all the air suspensions i knew of http://www.jadecrew.com/2003-infiniti-m45-suspension-guide-part-3-air-suspensions/ I have not found that the Ksport actually fit the Y34’s. Since they list it as 03-09 models and they do not have the same setup. It was the same thing I found about the coilovers they said fit the y34, after digging they told me they do not fit the 03-05.
The D2 look about right and they do list the correct 03-05 but I have never heard of anyone who had them.

Before you bagged your Gloria did you use any aftermarket springs with your wheels? Also what do you think about the Ksport or D2 brand air bag systems specifically for this vehicle? Keep up the good work.

Yeah the Y34’s are hard to source parts for and most are expensive. It has forced me to go to my custom roots much more. I think the pulling the side lights off the bumpers and painting the lower trims made a huge difference. I am currently working on the grill and removing the infiniti emblem. I am doing it my self and it is coming out really well. I need to do a lot of finish sanding and then paint it. It will be up on the site soon.

This is a nice build kind of similar to what I want to do to my M45. I have an 04 Y34 it’s all factory except a K&N and some subs that are used through the factory sub line. I got 2 JBL 12’s and a JBL amp it bumps in the Y34. Keep up the good sourcing of good parts it’s SUPER hard to find anything (and that’s not super expensive there are parts it just seems that most are super expensive that are vehicle specific). If there’s a way to become more involved email me.
