Initial D with a fat weird white guy = The Driver

This is going to be an animated series but there is not much info on it other than that. It is supposed to be out this summer so we will see then. As for the trailer the cars are pretty cool but the guy looks weird as hell.

The best I can get from the trailer is this guy is a bad guy. Is it just me or does he loot alot like the fat diner guy in star wars?

The “hero” seems to be the little person with the camera who drives a GTR.

All and all it looks pretty cool and they seem to have the approval of NISMO to use their logo so its probably not some little project. I’ll keep you up to date if I hear more. For now enjoy the trailer.

Oh and check the nod to Initial-D at about 35 seconds in.
