Evo driver shot dead as he tries to flee accident

Hot on the heels of the possible new name for the next fast and Furious movie comes this bit of news. Just because you can flee from the cops and bullets seem to bounce off cars in the movies does not mean that it works that way in real life. One Evo driver found out the hard way that cars don’t stop bullets and fast cars can’t outrun all cops.


Colby Joshua Koenig, 26, of Foothill Ranch was driving erratically and weaving in and out of traffic and eventually ended up in a 6 car accident. One police and emergency personnel showed up Koenig started his car back up and tried to flee. With bystanders and people nearby the police warned him to stop his car. For some reason he didn’t and the cops had no choice but to open fire.

Just because we modify our cars to make the fast doesn’t mean that you have the right to endanger others and drive any way you want on public streets. There is a time test the capabilities of our cars, and public streets are not it. If you want to race take it to the track.

Please keep it safe out there, and remember nothing your parents or anything else will do to you if you get caught speeding or doing something else will be as bad as what happened to Colby Joshua Koenig.
