UPDATE:
Well I am almost done now. I have to wet sand and repaint the front slats since some some of my lines are not 100% straight and there are some imperfections in the paint. I went with satin black for the insides and a silver that kind of matches the silver in the headlights.
If you follow the site you will know that we recently teamed up with the good people at Air Runner Suspensions to get my Project VIP Infiniti M45 sitting proper. After what seemed like the longest 4 weeks the Y34 Air Runner kit arrived fresh from the land of the rising sun. It took a few weeks to set up a location for us to do the install but everything came together last weekend.
I woke up this morning with my inner 9 year old yelling at me to get out of bed and get the hell to work, and lets just say it wasn’t because I was so excited about marketing. I felt like the little boy at Christmas who just knew Santa was going to bring him exactly what he wanted. What was I hoping to get? Was it a Red Ryder BB gun, nope it was my Air Runner Suspension for Project VIP.
This one comes from the Jade mail bag. We get lots of mail at Jade asking all kinds of things but I thought this one was worth sharing. It comes down to an unwanted accessory and the void left behind when it is removed. The original email is after the jump along with my suggestions.
What does 8 pages (in Japanese) plus 10ft of plastic and 20 minutes equal? New JDM Y34 window visors that’s what it equals. As I said before I was kinda surprised that these came with so much instructions when it boils down to make sure the clips go over the trim and stick on with the applied tape.
After all that making fun of how east this was, I go and make a mistake.
