A Luxury Parking Garage for your Luxury Cars in MIA

What do you do when your city is know for Celebrities, Mansions people with way too much money? You build a $65 million dollar parking garage with a fashion store, breathtaking ocean views and a penthouse apartment of course.

The structure, 1111 Lincoln Road is more of an exercise in modern design than a parking garage. In addition to parking cars the top level can be rented out for events like weddings. Parking your car comes at a rather steep price though, about 4 bucks an hour compared to 1 dollar at near by municipal lots.

My only question is do they have extra wide parking spaces so you don’t have to worry about door dings.
