Hulu is an awesome thing for those with time to kill and an internet connection. I have been watching episodes of Pinks and Pinks All Out for the last few days as came accross this crazy episode. In episode 4 of season 3 the All out crew ended up in Concord, North Carolina at the Zmax dragway. This is an awesome facility that has 4 drag lanes.
The idea behind the four lanes was that if you have a car break on on side you can move over to the other two lanes and not have to wait to clean the track. One of the big problems with drag racing is when a car breaks and spills fluids all over the track. If it is oil or antifreeze it takes at least an hour to clean up.
That is the reason they have 4 lanes at the Zmax Dragway, Pinks decided to run the cars 4 up and it looks crazy! The show is enjoyable, even though some of the personalities are a little over the top and I have to say to see 4 cars race for real is pretty damn cool.
I remember my days taking the Bimmer out to Speedworld and how much it would suck when the lane would get trashed and you would end up with one run for the night. I don’t know why nobody thought of this sooner and hope it makes its way to Orlando.
