The movie was cheesy, the cars were way over the top and we don't care. Jade was lucky enough to get to be extras in the film, along with out cars. We spent two weeks down in Miami filming two separate scenes.

Back to Miami we went to see the cast and crew screening of 2 Fast 2 Furious. We took some pictures while there, check it out!

Chad's Personal Review on the Movie

The movie was good, and way better than part one. The infamous 10-minute street drag has turned into a 10-minute road race. The orchestrated running from the cops has turned into a mass of people trying to get away. Nitrous Express was used to push the cars to 2.0 bar! So there's still some movie magic to the movie, which was expected. Surprisingly, the muscle of the movie, Tyrese, was also the comedy relief. Paul Walker returns with his suave speaking. Overall, I liked the movie and I would recommend others to watch it... and may I add, I hated part one because of the incorrect lingo! (which you won't find in this movie!

Some Scenes to Watch Out for:

OPENING RACE SCENE

  • James MRoadster backing into a parking spot
  • A gang of girls on our cars as the camera goes down our lineup
  • Several Jade members wearing the blue and white pit crew shirts
  • Uncle Phil and James standing next to the Skyline
  • Big Mike's back in the background... hehehee...
  • Jade Girl Val standing next to Ludacris as he flags the race (Val in black outfit with big red heart)
  • Andy running as the cars race off
  • Close up of Julius and James next to Ludacris after the race
  • Jade Girl Jennie with Paul Walker after he wins the race

WAREHOUSE SCENE

  • My Impreza leaving the warehouse following the evo, then getting in front of it!
  • Uncle Phil's Beetle leaving the warehouse

Also, Jade Girl Victoria has a role as one of the four Suki Girls, so you can see her in a couple of scenes!

In the "Opening 4-Car Race Scene" we were allowed to wear our Team outfits. So look for us in our white and blue crew shirts. Below is a list of the cars that were lined up behind the cars racing for this scene.
